Delica develops and produces delicious top-quality chocolate, snacks, cooking products and coffee. As a proven specialist in needs-oriented concepts, Delica supplies customers in Switzerland and around the globe with delicious specialities for the entire day.
Since 2012, Delica has been sourcing the majority of its cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast from the Necaayo cooperative. About 500 farmers from small villages in eight communities around Allakro produce cocoa for Delica. Allakro is located about an hour from San Pedro.

Crumb is a mixture of milk, sugar, and cocoa mass. The mixture is pasteurised, dried, and then ground into a powder. It is primarily used in chocolate manufacturing. Using crumb instead of milk powder gives your chocolates and fillings a creamy caramel note.
